Nova Business School Africa (“Nova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all visitors and users of our Sites. Alumni information submitted for the Nova Alumni Network may include contact details, career history, education, and interests. This information is shared with fellow alumni, Nova clubs and chapters, faculty, students, and staff based on your selected privacy preferences to foster networking and engagement.

Information submitted during program applications—including contact info, education and work experience, and optional company details—is used solely for admissions review and program planning. Providing this data helps Nova cultivate a diverse, dynamic learning environment.

We may share your personal data with Nova employees, faculty, consultants, agents, and trusted service providers, as well as Nova partner organizations and affiliates, for the purpose it was submitted. We may also share limited information (e.g., name, title, email) with external providers for marketing, communications, or analytics purposes.

Nova reserves the right to disclose your information where required by law, court order, or in good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or compliance obligations.
