Prof. Devan Naicker is an International Visiting Professor at Nova Business School Africa, specializing in Strategy, Leadership, and Innovation. With over 40 years of experience in private, public-sector, and academic institutions, he has played a pivotal role in executive education, corporate strategy, and innovation coaching. Prof. Naicker is the Founder and Senior Partner at IntelliSkills Consulting, an open innovation firm that collaborates with businesses and academic institutions to enhance strategic and innovation proficiency.
Previously, he served as the Director of Executive Education at Wits Business School (WBS) from 2015 to 2017, where he was instrumental in securing WBS’s top global ranking for customer retention in the Financial Times rankings. His expertise extends across Africa, having designed and delivered programs in 25 countries, working with both private and public institutions. He was a Senior Executive Fellow at CEIBS Africa and Chief Innovation Ambassador at the CEIBS Africa Corporate Innovation Lounge.
Prof. Naicker has been a key figure in shaping executive education, including leadership acceleration programs, innovation bootcamps, and strategy workshops for multinational corporations, government agencies, and educational institutions.
