Israel partners with senior executives and corporate leaders to design executive education programs that solve real business challenges, strengthen leadership capabilities, and deliver quantifiable ROI.
Previously, Israel was the Director of Operations at MEST Africa, overseeing finance, HR, IT, and logistics across four African countries. He led strategic partnerships valued at over USD 20 million with global institutions, including Mastercard Foundation, UNICEF, KOICA, the European Union, and GIZ, supporting high-impact entrepreneurship programs that empowered hundreds of founders across the continent.
Earlier in his career, he spent over seven years at Ericsson, progressing from Product Manager to Head of Operations for Mobile Money Managed Services across eight West African countries, where he scaled digital financial services, improved SLAs, and advanced financial inclusion.
Israel holds an MSc in Project Management from Roehampton University, UK and a BSc in Banking and Finance from Central University, Ghana. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Leadership Certificate from Oxford Saïd Business School, UK.
He is also co-founder of a successful bakery business launched in 2017, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face.
