Georgia Ansah is passionate about shaping transformative learning journeys for Africa’s current and future business leaders. With more than 13 years of experience spanning financial services and client engagement, she now drives the design and delivery of Nova Business School Africa’s executive education programmes as Programmes Manager.
In her role, Georgia oversees the end-to-end development and execution of Nova’s world-class programmes, ensuring they are relevant, impactful, and aligned with both market needs and global best practices.
Before joining Nova, Georgia served as a Relationship Manager at Zenith Bank Ghana, where she managed high-value corporate clients, crafted tailored financial solutions, and contributed to strategic business development initiatives. Her expertise spans wealth management, financial advisory, and risk management, enabling her to engage effectively with senior executives and industry leaders.
Georgia holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science in Botany from the University of Ghana. With her strong operational insight and commitment to excellence, she plays a vital role in enhancing Nova’s programme quality and industry relevance.
