Frank is the Vice Dean of the Office of Research, Innovation and Consultancy (ORIC) and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Minerals and Technology (UMaT). He led the Management Studies Department from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the IMANI Centre for Policy and Education and serves as the Vice President of the Ghana Association of Rural and Community Banks. Moreover, he is recognised as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) in the United Kingdom, a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) in Australia, and a Chartered Accountant in Ghana (ICAG).Â
His research focuses on sustainability, access to finance, and sustainable supply chains within the artisanal and small-scale gold mining (ASGM) sector. His objective is to examine ASGM funding mechanisms and sustainable supply chains that promote environmentally responsible mining practices. Frank has co-authored several publications, including “Eco-Innovation and Sustainable Development in Industry 5.0,” “Green HRM Awareness and Training in Higher Education,” and “Sustainable Development in Industry and Society 5.0,” all published by IGI Global. Additionally, he has authored over thirty-six articles and book chapters on topics related to sustainability and management. He has conducted seminars and provided consulting services to various organisations, including The World Bank Group, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Minerals Income Investment Fund Ghana (MIIF), Ghana Manganese Company Ltd, Ghana National Gas Company Ltd, the Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP), and SNV Ghana.
