The keynote presentation will be delivered by Professor Godfred A. Bokpin, a leading Economist, Professor of Finance, and Dean and Director, Centre for Research and Case Studies of Nova Business School Africa. With over 18 years of experience in academia, government, and multilateral advisory roles, Prof. Bokpin brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective grounded in accounting, finance, and economics.

He will analyze the 2025 Budget and the IMF-supported programme using a SWOT framework – outlining Ghana’s fiscal strengths, structural weaknesses, potential opportunities, and emerging risks for both the public and private sectors.
