Bio

Xinxi (Cici) Wang is a dynamic global strategist and partnerships expert with extensive experience spanning international development, impact investment, and economic policy. As Manager of International Partnerships at Nova Business School, Cici drives the school’s global engagement strategy, fostering collaborations with multilateral organizations, private sector actors, and academic institutions to advance Nova’s mission of transforming education and leadership in Africa.

Cici brings a wealth of international experience from her roles at organizations such as the World Bank, where she contributed to socio-economic impact evaluations, financial analysis, and project development across Asia, Africa, and the Pacific. As an Impact Investment Fellow at LGT Venture Philanthropy, she co-developed financing solutions and cultivated partnerships with global health institutions, private foundations, and multilateral organizations.

Her career also includes consulting and economic analysis roles at The Economist Intelligence Unit, Arthur D. Little, and ICF, where she advised on strategy, market entry, and policy development for governments and corporations. Cici’s expertise in forging high-impact relationships is further demonstrated by her work on China’s FDI environment and global supply chain research for APEC.

Cici holds a Master of Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, where she earned a nomination for Best Capstone Project, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from South China University of Technology, where she graduated with top honours. She is a recipient of the Atlantic Council Global Climate Finance Leadership Award and was recognized as a Top 30 Young Global Leader by EqualOcean China.
